Representation Notice

The Information About Brokerage Services form (pictured below) is required to be provided to all prospective clients at first substantive communication by licensed real estate agents in the state of Texas. 

Thousand Hills Realty can, by written agreement as required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), represent parties to a real estate transaction in a number of ways: 

• As agent for the owner, typically called a "seller agent" or "listing agent". 
• As agent for the buyer, typically called a "buyer agent". 
• As agent for both acting as "intermediary".  In this case, the broker is representing both the seller of the property and the buyer to that same property in a single transaction.  Written agreement must be obtained from both parties. 

It is required by law that a licensed real estate agent treat all parties to a real estate transaction honestly and fairly.  Agent fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable.  We want to represent you in your next real estate transaction!
