I am the Broker at Thousand Hills Realty. I began my real estate career shortly after graduating from high school in my hometown of Manor, TX. After meeting my husband Wesley, we started our family of four in his hometown of Liberty Hill, TX. Together we spent about 20 years in the used car business - never a dull moment!
My husband and I have always understood the value of real estate investments. We built our first home in 2008, followed by our second home in 2016 with our move to Llano, TX. This move allowed us to be a little more immersed in our love of ranching, rodeos and hunting, each property a horse property with barn and arena to suit our busy rodeo family. Acquiring more land with each move was always a common goal for us and in 2021 we moved again (stayed in Llano). It was at this point that I decided it was time to circle back to the real estate career I started years ago.
Not only did I decide to pursue real estate sales, but also real estate appraisal. I was able to enter the field during a time when the demand was high, particularly in rural areas, and was able to obtain the rigorous education hours and experience required to become a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser. As an appraiser I gained valuable knowledge as I dove deep into the market data of each assignment. The Hill Country area has so many unique properties to offer, and I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing each property and its unique qualities through this work. During this time, I was also working as a real estate agent.
Call it a “runner’s high” from training for my first marathon in early 2025, but next I set my sights on obtaining my broker license and building my own brokerage which has led me to today – to serve you! I absolutely love helping to facilitate the goals of each client that I represent and I aim to provide the same level of service and detail to each and every transaction. My next goal is to help you reach your own real estate goal!
